Hi,
Did anyone experience the following problem:
User's mail file ODS on the server was replaced with release 5(41).We R6.0.3 server. When user tries to access his mailbox archive settings, the following error message comes up: Server Error: Entry not found in index. While performing the same operation in a local replica of the mail file, no error message comes up and user is able to get to the archiving settings dialog box.
I tried compacting,rebuilding & replacing the design of the mail file.Even then the problem persists.
